Many people that I have spoken with in the past regarding the purchase of a home have made it sound as if buying a home can be the most stressful thing someone can do. With so many different options out there and "to do's", I can certainly see how it can be difficult. Veterans United and the team that I worked with gave me a very different experience. They were honest, knowledgeable, and always made themselves available to me. They answered all of my questions and made sure that I could make informed decisions at every turn. I never felt pressured to look at a home that was over budget and they went the extra mile to ensure that I was comfortable with what was going on. Absolutely outstanding team of professionals. I have been cleaning up after some bad credit decisions, and thought that I would never find myself typing this review in my own new home.The Veterans United team took the time to help me build my credit and once my score hit the magic number, they were ready to get me pre approved. After we found a home, placed an offer, and started the underwriting portion, we closed in a little over 3 weeks, which I hear is lightning fast for a VA loan!Pro Tip: When you get a “to do” item, get it done RIGHT AWAY. Veterans United will take it from there. Best part is, we closed on Veterans Day! I rate my experience so far 11/10. Bravo Veterans United!

Lack of communication at times was frustrating.
The need to resubmit items over and over was irritating and costly, as it required legal fees to resubmit the items with a new date.
Was not told about a closing date and then received a message, the closing was scheduled for the very next day, when we were out of town.
