You all should disclose the payment information in writing so the veteran will know what to expect and not within days before closing, and do not lie about credit inquiries I who is running the credit I was told that Veteran United would not pull my credit again and but it was still pulled twice after that and I was given an excuse that someone else pulled it doesn't matter who pulled it I was still lied to and I am going to file a complaint to the Secretary of Veterans Affairs office.

I would recommend that they pick up the phone more and the under writer needs to be more kinder. We have never been through so much uneasy things like this. I do understand that he or she has a job to do but dang it made it not so pleasant and it should have been less stressful experience.
The process itself was very good. The only issue we had was Veterans United selling our information which has caused us to receive over 500 spam calls over the past 11 days.
The entire Veterans United team was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to any other veteran who wants to purchase a home!
